Strouds Run: Relaxing
This past week has been...exhausting. I seriously need a break. I plan to schedule a vacation soon and let me tell you, I need it. Between my car accident, doctors, work, insurance, buying a car, the holiday and travel; I am about done in. My brain and body are just...I don't even know.
So, tonight after work I came home; cleaned up; changed and drove back into town. Seems silly, right? Well, I went to Starbucks, got coffee and a danish, then drove to Strouds Run. Not to hike. Just to sit and enjoy the lake. I took some pictures. Sat in the truck (my rental) and read. Basically just took some time away from home; work and everyone just to be. Tomorrow night I plan to go on a walk or hike (depending on how I'm feeling.) But, for tonight I only have a few photos because this wasn't an in-depth hike or photo shoot. However, I really like some of these wildflowers, lake and sky shots. I hope you do too. Enjoy.

Here and there....
On Thursday, I went on a nice long hike. 3 miles on the bike path on near West State Street Park. However, I was really walking, so I didn't shoot many pictures.
Today, I had a short frame of time before I wanted to be somewhere, so I went on a 'mini-hike'. I got a few good pictures. So, I've combined the two and have 31 pretty nice shots from those days. Nothing overly fancy, just some scenic early spring shots.
