Athens Bike Path - Nelsonville: February 26
Today I went on a walk for the first time in 3 weeks. I needed it. I may have over done it. (Big shock.) But they were a great 2 miles and I really loved getting some much needed fresh air and nature time. So, here are a few shots I took along the way. Hope you like them. (BTW-my doctor said it was okay to walk/work out as long as it wasn't hurting me to do so. It didn't hurt until afterwards, so...)

Last weekend on my way home from Columbus I stopped for a short visit at a Metro Park I haven't yet had time to explore. I wasn't feeling great and was not up for a long hike, but I stopped and looked a little bit at one of the scenic areas. It was lovely and I took (of course) a few photos. I can't wait to go back and explore this park a bit more. There is a lot more to the park that I didn't see, but now I know how to get there and what I have to look forward too!
Hope you like the pictures!

Dow Lake - Lakeview Trail (& Lake bed) : Set 2
I took these pictures about 3 weeks ago. As you can tell I haven't been blogging much in those last three weeks. I hope to make up for it soon. February really hasn't been my month. Let's hope March turns things around.
In the meanwhile, here is the 2nd set from my February 6th hike. Enjoy!

Fill In the Blanks Friday
I haven't done this in a while but I"m excited to join in again. Hope everyone has a great weekend. I'm just excited to be off work and at HOME! Yippee!
If you'd like to join the Fill in the Blanks fun check out The Little Things We Do blog here.
1. I started my blog because I was taking a break from Facebook and still wanted to write about me (egomaniac, right?) Then, I just fell in love with writing and taking TONS of pictures.

2. One thing I love seeing on other blogs tutorials, beautiful photos, inspiring thoughts and stories. I love people's stories. Reality in a 'not TV' way is cool. Like mini-biographies.
3. Something I love about blogging how much I feel like I get to share about myself while still remaining mainly anonymous. I'm not that outgoing of a person and I love being able to put myself out there and not feel to self-conscious about it.
4. A favorite blog post of mine is probably my Antrim late fall sets. I like those photos a lot. But honestly, I like all the nature photos I post, otherwise, I wouldn't post them.
5. Something my friends in real life know about me that I've never before mentioned on my blog is I am an extremely private person. Which is odd, considering the things I post on my blog...
6. My new favorite blogs to read are http://mymilktoof.blogspot.com/; http://my3boybarians.com/; http://thecottagehome.blogspot.com/; and my close friend's blog- http://wrestlingkitties.blogspot.com/
7. Some things I tend to avoid doing on my blog are I'm trying to avoid writing too much (I tend to whine) and bad pictures like I was posting in the beginning.
